UPTOWN, CHICAGO

This condo kitchen space located in a four-floor walk up in Chicago’s Uptown neighborhood had us working with a rather narrow existing kitchen footprint.
We made use of the two opposite walls in this small space to create not only a stylish design, but the most functional use of the space for our client.
OLD TOWN, CHICAGO

This was a complete gut rehab renovation where we opened up the existing space to provide as much of a cohesive floor plan and natural light as possible. We included the addition of a large island, convenient for meal prep and hosting/entertaining a custom built-in banquette for the family to gather around and enjoy their meals. We also added a fully integrated french-door refrigerator with bottom freezer, and a convenient, built-in beverage and wine cooler. It includes floor-to-ceiling cabinetry to act as an extra pantry and storage area.

This single-family home that we worked on in Chicago’s Old Town neighborhood came through to us via a referral. We had previously completed a project on a neighboring property and they recommended IRPINO Construction to our client. For this particular project, we undertook a complete first-floor renovation including kitchen and flooring. The end result?
