It’s helpful to get a head start on the sourcing of your desired materials because, in addition to the cost of hiring your contractor for their time and labor, it’s also recommended that you have a good idea of what the cost will be to select and purchase any client-provided materials – these may include things like fixtures, hardware, tiling, etc.

Materials you will need to consider sourcing for your Chicago bathroom renovation may include: bathroom floor tile, shower basin floor tile, wall tile (shower, accent wall, tub), vanity countertop, sink(s), faucet(s), mirror(s) and/or medicine cabinet, toilet, decorative hardware (towel bar, towel hook, toilet paper holder), cabinet pulls, wallpaper (if desired), shower glass, wall and/or ceiling mounted lighting, plumbing fixtures (pressure-balancing valve, shower head, bathtub spout (if applicable), shower wand and accessories, bathtub, and shower drain assembly.
